Since last March, Patrick Swayze has been fighting for his life in a battle with pancreatic cancer.  And he’s calling foul at reports that he stopped his treatment.

According to the “Dirty Dancer” actor’s rep Annett Wolf, “The reports are not true. Patrick is continuing his treatment.”

In the wake of Patrick Swayze’s tragic bout with pancreatic cancer, Marcia Cross’ husband Tom Mahoney is now also facing an uncertain future after being diagnosed with an undisclosed form of the disease.

The “Desperate Housewives” actress’ spokesperson revealed to press, “He is currently under treatment and is responding very well.”

Jett Travolta: Autopsy Complete, Body Transferred

With today’s scheduled autopsy being completed, the hearse carrying John Travolta’s son Jett arrived at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium in Freeport, Grand Bahama, on Monday afternoon (January 5).

As for the cause of death, no results from today’s medical examination have been disclosed – and it may just stay that way, as the Bahamian Minister of Health Hubert Minnis failed to mention whether the report would be made public.

In celebrity medical news, Jessica Simpson’s quarterback beau Tony Romo gave everyone quite the scare as he collapsed in the shower following a season-ending loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday evening (December 28).

According to Dallas Morning News reports, Cowboys players started “yelling for help and pushing back reporters” after Romo suddenly collapsed – most likely as a result of a rib injury that occurred late in the game.

Taking a break from the action, Jeremy Piven’s doctor has said that due to a high mercury count, the actor has decided to quit Broadway’s Speed-the-Plow.

Dr. Carlon Colker says a major symptom of mercury poisoning is extreme fatigue, adding that the 43-year-old actor has been eating a lot sushi for many years, even up to twice a day. Additionally, Piven took Chinese herbs that, along with sushi, could have impacted his growing mercury levels.
